Blast to SP-5 (White Metal) or SP-10 (Near-White). Verify anchor profile with gauge. Clean and dry before application.

Apply zinc primer, epoxy intermediate, and polyurethane topcoat. Measure DFT after each layer. Respect recoat windows.

A typical three-coat system totals 12-18 mils (300-450 microns): zinc primer at 2-3 mils, epoxy intermediate at 6-10 mils, and polyurethane topcoat at 2-3 mils. Immersion systems may be thicker. We measure and document every layer.
A recoat window is the time range during which a subsequent coat can be applied without special preparation. Too soon and solvents trap in the film; too late and you need to roughen the surface. We follow manufacturer specs exactly.
Yes. For water tanks, pipelines, and submerged structures, we apply epoxy systems rated for continuous immersion. These systems include holiday testing to verify zero pinholes.
