Sandblasting & Coating

Professional sandblasting, dustless blasting, and dry abrasive blasting with immediate ISO 12944 protective coating. We prep and protect metal, concrete, and marine assets across Guam — eco-friendly options with zero dust, zero warping, zero contamination.

Traditional sandblasting creates more problems than it solves

Conventional dry sandblasting throws silica dust into the air, warps thin metal with heat, and leaves contaminants embedded in the surface. Coatings fail when the prep fails. Our dustless blasting solves these issues — and we still offer traditional dry blasting with proper containment when your project requires it.

P.01

Silica Dust Hazard

Dry blasting releases respirable silica — an OSHA-regulated carcinogen. On Guam's windy sites, dust travels hundreds of feet.

P.02

Heat Warping

Dry friction heats thin metal panels past their yield point. Auto bodies, truck beds, and sheet metal warp permanently.

P.03

Contaminant Embedding

Dry abrasive hammers salt, oil, and rust into the anchor profile. Coatings bond to contamination — then peel within months.

The Master Blasters Difference

Dustless blasting solves every problem dry blasting creates

Water + abrasive inside the blast pot means zero dust, zero warping, and a cleaner surface. Then we apply ISO 12944 coatings before flash rust can form.

01

Zero Dust

Water encapsulates abrasive at the nozzle. No silica cloud, no cleanup of surrounding areas, no neighbor complaints.

02

No Warping

Water cools the surface as it cleans. Safe on auto bodies, truck beds, aluminum, and thin-gauge sheet metal.

03

Cleaner Profile

Water flushes salt and oil from the anchor profile. Coatings bond to clean metal — not embedded contamination.

04

Immediate Coating

We apply primer within the flash-rust window. No secondary cleaning step, no downtime between blast and coat.

05

Eco-Friendly Abrasive

Recycled glass abrasive. Non-toxic, inert, and safe for storm drain runoff. Guam EPA compliant.

06

SP-5 to SP-10

We achieve White Metal (SP-5) to Near-White (SP-10) blast standards. Documented with profile gauge readings.

03

Blast to coat in one continuous operation

We mobilize, blast, and coat in a single operation — no gap between prep and protection.

01

Assess & Spec

Identify substrate, existing coating, corrosion level. Specify blast standard (SP-5 to SP-10) and coating system.

02

Contain & Blast

Set up containment if needed. Dustless blast to specified profile. Measure anchor depth with gauge.

03

Prime Immediately

Apply zinc-rich primer within flash-rust window. Lock in the clean surface before moisture returns.

04

Topcoat & Inspect

Apply intermediate and finish coats per ISO 12944 spec. Final inspection with dry-film-thickness readings.

Blasting & coating questions

Common questions about our blasting and coating process.

Yes. We offer both traditional dry sandblasting and eco-friendly dustless blasting. For projects that require dry blasting — such as certain industrial specifications or when water cannot be used — we use full containment and HEPA filtration. For most applications, we recommend dustless blasting, which mixes water with abrasive inside the blast pot to suppress dust, cool the surface, and flush contaminants. We will recommend the right method for your project.
Yes. Dustless blasting produces no airborne dust cloud. We also use containment tarps and pressure washing to manage runoff. The water-abrasive mix falls to the ground within feet of the nozzle.
We primarily use recycled crushed glass. It is inert, non-toxic, and produces a clean 2.5-mil anchor profile. For specialized applications we also use garnet, walnut shell, and soda.
Immediately. We apply zinc-rich primer within the flash-rust window — typically 15-30 minutes on Guam. This ensures the coating bonds to clean metal, not re-oxidized surface.
Yes. We are EPA Lead-Safe certified. For lead-containing coatings, we use containment, HEPA filtration, and proper disposal per EPA and OSHA regulations.
